About Me

I am a Ph.D candidate in Department of Computer Science, at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. MONET is a great group where I enjoy my research.  I am supervised by Professor Klara Nahrstedt. I am graduating in fall of 2008. I am very excited to join the CS department at University of New Mexico in Fall 2008.

During August 2000 to January 2005, I was a software engineer in Cisco Systems, Inc. working on security management softwares for Cisco firewalls.

I got my M.S. of EE from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at UIUC and M.Eng. of Control Theory and Application from Department of Automation, in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2000 and 1998 respectively. I got my B.Eng. of Automatic Control Theory from Department of Automation in Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China in 1995.
